Justin Bieber Could Face Misdemeanor Battery Charges After Fight with Photographer

Justin Bieber is under investigation by the Los Angeles County sherrif’s department following an incident with a photographer on Sunday. According to the Los Angeles Times, Bieber and Selena Gomez were involved in an altercation with paparazzi outside The Commons shopping center in Calabasas, Calif. The pair were spotted leaving a movie theater when The Bieb took issue with a certain photographer getting too close while taking photos with of him and his girlfriend. Sources say the situation escalated wo the point where The Bieb got in his face, ultimately striking him. The photographer called 911 complaining of chest pains and was treated at a nearby hospital, while authorities have requested Bieber’s presence for an investigation for possible misdemeanor battery. This is why his team was hesitant to let him box with GQ; those fists don’t know their own strength. At least we know Bieber and Selena are still together!

Reps for Bieber have not immediately responded to requests for comment. As was the case with the Mariah Yeater incident, Justin’s trying best to put the situation out of his mind, namely by sending vague tweets that hint at the subject, sandwiched by a bevy of hashtags and a call to action for fans:

Of course, Bieber used the Yeater situation as inspiration for a new song—lemons into lemonade, etc. Is it too late to add another cut to Believe?
