Lil Wayne Pulls YMCMB Out Of Summer Jam 2012 After Peter Rosenberg Diss

Things got ugly at Hot 97′s Summer Jam Sunday, fortunately Nas and Lauryn Hill were in the building to save the day.

Nicki Minaj was headliner for the show. She even tweeted her excitement over Hot 97′s Summer Jam early in the day:

But things came to a screeching hault, when Hot 97 Morning show co-host Peter Rosenberg was hosting the event, and once he went on the mic and said this:

“I see the real hip-hop heads sprinkled in here. I see them. I know there are some chicks here waiting to sing ‘Starships’ later—I’m not talking to y’all right now. Fawk that bullisht. Bullisht. I’m here to talk about real hip-hop isht.”

After hearing this “diss”, Weezy heard enough and pulled the entire YMCMB crew out of Summer Jam, taking it to twitter he had this to say:

However, not everyone got the memo, as Tyga was seen performing after it all went down. That raised a few eyebrows, but he had a good explanation:

“We would have been in full support of Nicki/Wayne and YMCMB if we got the word prior.”

On to the rest of the drama, a massive amount of tweets from Nicki, Rosenberg himself and all of Nicki’s Barbies. Safaree even gets in on the mix and threatens some beat downs!
