adidas Originals Consortium “Your Story” Second Drop – Detailed Look

When was the last time you saw a sneaker inspired by a 58 year-old Swedish gold medal air pistol marksman? If you’re a regular Sneaker News reader, the answer (whether you realized it or not), it was just over a month ago when we previewed the second selections from the adidas Consortium ‘Your Story’ Collection. Happy Socks creative director Viktor Tell’s adidas Originals Matchplay utilizes a simple white canvas upper so its bright accents and detailed backstory can shine through, but will you still pick them after you’ve seen the other four collabo designs? Shaniqua Jarvis’ ZX 500, Stefan Glerum’s Decade Hi, Kara Messina’s Pro Shell and Three Stripes’ own Baltic Cup will arrive at noon EST on Saturday, June 16th at SNS and you can see shots of each pair after the jump below.
