Glamazons, don’t you just love when the timing of a trend works seamlessly with, well, your life? Such is the case with the latest sartorial sensation: American flag prints!
Right in time for The Fourth of July, I’ve noticed a slew of our favorite Glamazons (starting with Solange Knowles in sister Beyonce‘s Party video) being extra patriotic and wearing American flag prints!
Katy Perry and Rihanna are repeat offenders, incorporating American flag dresses, tees, sweaters and shorts into their regular, non-holiday wardrobes.
Newcomer Azealia Banks is getting in on this trend, too in her “Liquorice” video styled by Lady Gaga stylist and Thierry Mugler creative director, Nicola Formichetti.
And we’ve spotted Ashley Tisdale, Carrie Underwood, Ciara, Kylie Jenner, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Tatyana Ali and more rocking the look:
